1. Creative Strategy Session
Once you have signed your contract and paid your deposit, then the FUN BEGINS! The success of your website is our top priority. We utilized our “Creative Strategy Sessions”, to identify what success looks like to you. To discuss your goals and overall vision for you website. At this time we ensure we have all the login credentials we need to get started, as well as, any illustrations, logos, images/photos, graphics and copy/text that you are required to provide for your website. We make this simple by emailing you a “Web Design Questionnaire”, so all of the information is in one place. This questionnaire must be completed prior to this call. We conduct calls via Zoom or over the phone if preferred.
2. Mood Board & Site Map
During this stage of the project, we design for you a Mood Board consisting of different images and/or text, colors and graphics that reflect the look and feel of your business or brand to be translated into your website. An outline of your sitemap is also created at this time, which is simply a visual chart, listing all of the pages to be included in your website.
3. Wireframing & Prototyping
Here your wireframe is created, which is a basic sketch or computer graphic, illustrating the framework and layout of your website. Once wireframe is approved, from there we can proceed to the prototyping stage, which is a more detailed version of what the final website will look like. The client must approve and sign off on the final prototype design before the next step.
4. WordPress Visual Design & Development
It’s TIME TO DESIGN! We take the prototype the client has approved, and design/develop your website in WordPress.
5. Testing, Revising & Launching Your Site
After designing the website, WE ARE ALMOST READY TO LAUNCH! First we have to test and revise your website as needed. We check to ensure all links and buttons are active and working. We also have you verify there are no typos or errors and that all menus, sliders and forms are functioning properly. Once all included revisions are made, your site will go LIVE.
6. Post-Launch Support
This is the last step in our design process. We want to ensure you are satisfied and just in case you have questions or something goes wrong, we are here to help. Email support is available after you launch your website. The duration of support varies based on the bundle you purchase.

Delivery
Every project begins with each client filling out a questionnaire to gather info about their design needs. We review this together at the first virtual meeting, the “Creative Strategy Session”, and gather more details or digital files needed to complete your logo. We encourage clients to do their due diligence and ensure that there are no trademarks or copyrights to any of the names, images or graphics you desire to use for your logo. We are not liable for any issues that may arise due to this. We conduct light research to confirm there are no conflicts, and to better understand the industry, competitors and current design trends. We create a strategy and design 2 mood board directions for the client to choose from. The mood board should reflect the look and feel of the brand and the message the client wasn’t to project. Once a direction is chosen, we begin designing the logo. We create a brand presentation to illustrate our work to the client and get feedback during our final virtual call. Here revisions can be requested if changes are needed or the client can sign off on the project and approve the designs as it is. There are up to 2 included rounds of revisions. Once all designs are finalized, approved, and signed off on, we deliver the final digital files to you and any copyright releases or waivers needed via our portal, email or other cloud-based service.
